MISSION STATEMENT
The Butterfly Project, by providing performing arts instruction and opportunities for performing, teaches youth life skills that will provide a solid base for developing self awareness, self esteem, self discipline, interpersonal skills and team work.
TARGET POPULATION
The Project will primarily serve the Roxbury neighborhood and its residents as defined by the most recent census data: bounded on the northeast by the South End and South Boston; Northwest by Fenway / Kenmore, Mission Hill and Jamaica Plain; the southeast by Dorchester; and the southwest by Mattapan.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Emerging Artists and Artisans
